We are so thankful for so many people and things this year. Right now we’re thankful for a wonderful trip to PA. Instead of narrating our trip, I’ll just tell a funny story instead. Peter is learning all about Christmas in school and at home right now. So yesterday this is the conversation I had with him while eating lunch -
Peter: It’s almost Christmas time mommy.
Me: Yes it is.
Peter: Will we have snow at christmas?
Me: I don’t know. I guess God decides that so we’ll have to wait and see.
Peter: I think we will cause I called him on my Elmo phone and told him I want snow at christmas.
Me: Ok then.
I hope that provides some comic relief to your day. Next time you need something from God, just pick up your Elmo phone and have a little faith :)
